LOS ANGELES -- Our best hope for Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children is that it's as weird as possible. Fully creepy and Corporate Assets (1985) porn movie in HDkooky, mysterious and spooky, altogether ooky-level weird.
Given that Tim Burton is directing the adaptation of Ransom Riggs' novel of the same name, we're off to a flying start. Or a floating start. Both, really.
