LONDON -- One British computer scientist is Sister Emanuellegoing to have a hell of a lot of Twitter notifications by the end of the day.

On Tuesday morning, people took to social media to mark Internaut Day -- the anniversary of the date on which Tim Berners-Lee made the World Wide Web openly available for people to use, 25 years ago.
